  • Hi I currently work for Virgin Media. I used to work on customer service but i'm doing other things.

The interview will be a group interview and a one to one interview. Usual one to one uestions, why do you want to work for us and so on. The group one is to show how well you can communicate in the group. One task will involve counting values of lego bricks and working as a group to get the big number. Be confident in the group don't be afraid to voice your opinions but don't be too over assertive.

    Good luck!

Questions are along the lines of most customer service / call center ones

How have you given good customer service, provide proof ( example0

How have you dealt with a difficult customer and turned the situation around?

Tell us about the time you had to go beyond the job to provide the best customer service

Provide a time when you worked with colleagues to deal with a customers query

What 5 words would your colleagues use to describe you

There might also be a KPI one or something about Average handling time and how you would cope with that etc

Overall advice would be : Take a copy of your CV and also take a copy ( typed) of the names and addresses of your references so you can leave that with them if asked.
But above all relax and be confident , smile lots and keep eye contact. Believe that you are perfect for the role and that they are getting a star in you, head up and have faith in you.

    Good luck by the way
