A Few questions!

My OH has twin boys age 17. One is working full-time but will be starting college in August. He will then be doing an NVQ course 3 days a week and working 2 days. The other son left school in May, no qualifications, no job and is now in the process of joining the army.

We have been on CSA1 from 2000 and stopped paying for one son last year (the full-time worker). My questions are:-
1. Will we have to start paying for Son No 1 when he starts college as I believe this is a recognised course, even though he is working?
2. I believe that we will stop paying for son No 2 when CB stops. If he is now in the army is it only up to his mum to let the relevant people know so CB will cease?
3. Then at what point should maintenance be stopped?
4. We have had arrears for 10 years and finally, FINALLY they should finish on 10th August (Found a year old letter from CSA confirming this)
We have a voluntary DEO. Will the CSA contact my OH work, prior to this date to let them know this is the case so his work can reduce the amount taken accordingly? Or could my OH take in said letter to his work and they could reduce the payment on correct date themselves?
5. I have heard of cases where NRP work has not been contacted and the wrong amount had been taken for months afterwards, never to be refunded. Has anyone any experience of this?

Any help much appreciated. Thanks
