It doesn't appear that way to me , 3 postponements, all at the other sides request ..... and nearly 2 years later they turn up at the Tribunal , totally fail to comply with the Tribunals orders and still get more time . If I had acted in the way my ex-employer has I have no doubt the Tribunal would have thrown my case out .

    Absolutely Greendollar.

I have followed your situation and I am just waiting until you have your day.

Don't worry about posters coming on at this late stage of your situation attempting to justify the unreasonable actions of your former employer.

If your former employer was 'innocent' your tribunal would have been concluded a long long time ago.

They have tested your resolve and you have stood up to a large organisation who have tried to bully you into submission and even a tribunal judge has condemned them.

Just slog it out and take satisfaction in the fact that you are a thorn in their &r$e and it is costing your ex employer an arm and a leg!

Greendollar, are you using a solicitor or doing it yourself?

    Hi Viktory ,

I have been helped by my union rep , the case has been going on so long that he ceased working for the union over a year ago but has kindly continued to support and represent me at the tribunal .

I wasn't justifying it, I was saying that in any course where the defendent is innocent until proven guilty (inc employers) that if there are valid reasons they can get the hearing postponed, if the reasons are not valid then it would not be postponed.

And it maybe costing them alot but it may not and also they see this as an investment in preventing other employees from taking ET.

Alot would be put of that it takes 2 years of stress and effort
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
