Hi all
Ok so Ive been sorting out my debts of recent and all creditors have accepted my payments apart from Keyes Whitlock (originally a payday loan.)
They keep saying that they will only accept £20 per month minimum and I just dont have that.
Ive sent (and re-sent) the reconsider letter off the NationalDebt website and dont know what to do now??
Any suggestions would be much appreciated as Im on the verge of just accepting the £20 as I dont know what to do?
Many thanks
SnS

Some debts are fun when you are acquiring them, but none are fun when you set about retiring them!!!
It's amazing how fast later comes when you buy now!!!!

If they won't accept it just send them the payment you can afford
ask the for their bank details to set up a Standing Order,
DO NOT set up a Direct Debit
they will accept it in time, if not you have the proof that you have been paying back what you canPROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &

Hi Numpty
Many thanks, I have asked for their bank details many times, as have set up SO’s for all my others. They just keep coming back with the same……..’we will not accept anything less than £20’……….aaaaargh!
I don’t have a cheque book and didn’t really want to pay with PO as it will cost even more…………….please do you have any other suggestions for how to pay??
Many thanks again

How about asking them for pay in slips, then you can pay in cash over the counter at bank/post office.
Other than that, just insist that a SO is the only way you can pay, keep a copy of all letters etc. Also, you could ask your CAB for advice.
Hope this helps
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -

Other than whats already been said, the other thing to do is to write to them (recorded delivery) so that you get something back from them in writing, that way there is a paper trail rather than emails if you need it later.
Hope you are able to obtain their bank details so that you can set up an affoordable payment so that you can prove you were sticking to what you said you can afford.Credit card debt - NIL
