I am prepared with hats and garb.. OH's sister is getting wed in September so I'm sorted.. Squeak is kitted and OH looks rather fine in his suit.. well.. for 5 minutes ... It looks a bit crumpled after that!

Boo hoo weekend is nearly over.

Working to my own plan for the next 2 weeks to get as much as possible straight before summer break. List to follow later.

Evening everyone
Sorry but been AWOL - lots of busy bee stuff happening here and kiddies were away for a week so DH and I had a lovely time chilling at home in the peace and quiet, we now have the neighbours from hell who think its ok to party in the back garden till late with lots of swearing going on - blew my top last night at about 20 to 12 so a call going to their Landlord tomorrow to vent some feelings at them [its not the first weekend we've had spoiled by them] I feel that I can't even sit in my lovely garden and enjoy it in the evening when the sun sets cos of them and its now starting to get me down but on the good side - DH has now been given the all clear - they have no idea what was wrong with him but all the pains and lumps and bumps are gone so thats really good.
I've just noticed that its gone quiet out the back so I'm off to grab a wine and sit and chill for a bit

Pigpen - hope the heat isn't getting to you too much
Toots - hope you had a nice retreat and that you're ok
Diva and L-L - hope you are both ok

Clean any ornaments, glass, mirrors, pictures etc
Wipe paintwork and dusty places
Clean switches and sockets
Wipe the windows in these areas
Re-string blind - measured, need to get string

Deep clean our bedroom window

Back garden:
weed check back lawn
plant out dahlia (last one once hedge is cut)
sort and cut up wood - DS1 started this task, now bigger as hedge cut

Front garden:

sow more lettuce

sort emails - down to 61 now
look at short breaks - one booked
filing tray - sorted now to action
sunblock

May have to just aim for Level 1 as have reports to write but that will be better than nothing. Four weeks till the holidays so I have lots of paperwork, etc. to do over the next 3 weekends.

kazw - I love Muse I'm going to see them in September

2 male furries are back in the huge cage now it's all scrubbed out and clean - they are having fun exploring. They have a hammock now which appears to be great fun! Little babbies are getting their fur - now looks like 4 black, 2 brown, 2 grey but that may change! And only one appears to be a boy atm .........

greenbee - any preference

It's very hot here - too hot for sleeping but I am tired.

Monday - Sitting Room and Hallway
Level One
Open the windows and turn on some music!
Vacuum floors and sofas!
Declutter the chairs, floor and top of any cupboards!
Level Two
Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
Sort out coats, shoes and bags
Clean any ornaments, glass, mirrors, pictures etc
Level Three
Check those smoke alarms!
Wipe sofas, paintwork and dusty places
HHC in the hallway.. vacuum floors/stairs, wipe paintwork, fling that junk mail!.. if there is a charity shop bag.. FILL IT!
Empty and wash out vacuum cleaner.. don't forget filters!
Extras

1. Catch up on some calls/emails
2. HHI
3. Clean switches and sockets
4. Wipe the windows in these areas

Finish painting cabinets etc
