tesco slim shakes diet vs cambridge/celebratie

Hi ive seen the boards different support for cambridge diets and rowlands diets. Ive brought tesco slim shakes powder to start on monday as i can't afford to do the other diets due to cost.

just wanted to know does anyone want to join to do slimfast, tesco, other shake diet? or can i hop on any other meal replacement board?

I had a baby 5 months ago and need to move the baby weight as i my ds is starting school and after last weeks fete i will be the only fat mom at the school gates:eek:

Hubby and I are doing the slimfast diet. We have just swapped the meal replacement bars for the tesco meal replacement bars they aren't as nice but they are a lot cheaper. Tesco have the slimfast shakes at 2 for £2 and had chocolate peanut slimfast snack bars for 6p each.

It is tough to stick to but at the moment I need something quite strict otherwise I fall off the wagon. I have lost 1 stone 1lb (some on slimming world but the last 6lb was two weeks on slimfast). Hubby has lost 1 stone 12lb (10lb of that in the last 2 weeks on slimfast).

It is quite expensive but cheaper than all the junk we were buying and eating.

i am starting it on monday, shake for breakie and lunch. And a slimming world meal for tea. I so need to lose weight as I'm getting so fed up being this size.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a nice but also tasty meal replacement. I've tried a few but they seem quite expensive to keep eating for a long time and I've got a fair amount of weight to lose (2 stone). Someone at work is doing celebrity slim, I had a bite of the choc mint crunch bar and it was yummy so I might buy some of those. Has anyone tried the other flavours or the shakes?

Hi Jessica1984, i've just ordered some celebrity slim. I've also tried a few different diets and replacements but not for a few years and this one sounds like it might taste good. I'll let you know what they're like. Choc mint crunch does sound good. Good luck with the weight loss, I'm aiming for about 2 stone as well.

Thanks crazystace, think I'll get some of these. Can you buy them in Boots, big one close to me at work. I like the idea of having chocolate for breakfast that's actually a diet so I'll probably end of getting a load of choc ones though my friend said the others are good too. Let me know how you go and we can compare notes!!!

Can confirm that the choc caramel celeb slim bars are ace! These are my favourites but i'm a total chocoholic so not surprising really!!!

I'm thinking about starting this diet as want to drop 1 - 2 dress sizes but am worried that as soon as i stop the weight will go back on?

Been off the forums for a few days but just wanted to chart my celeb slim progress. I've lost 5lbs since i started and i'm really getting on well with it. Found the first few days tough but once i got my head round the smaller meals and the snacks its actually better than how i used to eat before. I don't feel hungry between and ive got more energy than i did. Lots of healthy meals that don't rely on bulking out with pasta or potatoes and my skin's even looking better!

Another 2lbs shed in the last week. Its going soooo well on celebrity slim almost too good to be true. Never had a diet that actually worked this well before. Hope everyone else having the same success, do let us know!
