I saw a job advertised online. I applied, I went to an interview. I answered all interview questions to the best of my ability and was offered the job.

Is that useful to you? What is it you actually want to know?

My mate has. He was headhunted. The interview went swimmingly. He starts next month (after fullfilling his contractual notice for his current employer) :j

Yes changed jobs recently and did very well in the interviews; you have to prepare though, don't just go along and expect them to hand the job to you.
