Pension help for an 18 year old.

Hi, I am 18 so I am new to this all but I want to start saving for my future. The company that I currently work for does not provide a pension so I want to start a stake holder pension. I am a low paied worker but I am trying to do better.
I do not want an ISA because I might be tempted to spend it, if there is money lying around I would spend it. I want to add some each month and just not worry about it. I am interested in Scotish widows consensus fund, what do people think?
I am dyslexic so I am sorry for any spelling mistakes. I welcome all comments as they will be a help.
Thank you.

That is probably the only major draw to a pension nowadays (for a basic rate taxpayer).I am interested in Scotish widows consensus fund, what do people think?
Its a balanced managed fund. I dont think you will find any of the regular contributers here will have a nice thing to say about a bog standard balanced managed fund. This one is nothing special either. Never made top quartile and virtually mirrors sector average.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
