Hey there im only staying in Glasgow till September ( ill probably stay after that as well. ) but untill then i'll be living in the West end, just off woodlands road and was wondering if there was somewhere ( near by ) to park the car 24/7 or a street? as you have to have a permit for the street im in! and for the 3 months, the 700 quid is a tough much! any help or ideas would be awesome

I think the price you quoted is for a business. For a car belonging to a resident it appears to be £15 a quarter or £50 annually

if you don't mind a bit of a walk you can
park on the street across great western road to the north in some of the roads behind. i.e off of napiershall street etc.
(not the ones nearest the main roads though).
i presume you would be using your car, not leaving it there for 3 months straight.0
