Actually I had to answer the phone while replying, and hit submit by mistake. Hence the fact it looked like it stopped mid sentance.

So I will finish what I was saying, I, like a few others on here, make jewellery, so I was going to say, that it may be an idea to google handmade jewellery in your area to see if there is someone nearby that may make weddingy stuff (not all tiara's, pins etc are for weddings), they may be able to make you what you are looking for, they can match the colours, make the design to your specifications, do you want a little flower made of pearl beads, or just a simple pearl on the end of a hair pin? Or the same but in crystals, you can also get the bridemaids to match/compliment.
It could work out cheaper (especially if you find someone that doesn't add to the price cos the 'W' word is mentioned), no one else will have exactly the same, and it could work out as a nice keepsake, to something to pass down through the family.
The point being, you don't have to go to a wedding shop, or an Accessorize or places like that, you don't need mass produced (which sometimes don't last as long)
Did I redeem myself for my rather short post now?
