Hi,
I'm currently in debt and paying it off with a dmp.
I owe money to-
HSBC
Halifax
Mint
Egg
MBNA
I have an Abbey national account which is a bank that is not connected to the ones that i owe money too, however I really need a separate current account as I dont want my wages and my student loan going in the same account this year so its easier for me to manager.
Can anyone tell me if theres a bank i can get a basic current account with who isnt connected to any of the ones i owe money to? Thanks

Nationwide or co-op are both good choices.
None of yours are linked to Barclays so they would be alright as well.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
