Hair straightening

Ive got some Ghds but am wary of using them as my hair is very fine. But my hair was all fluffy when I washed it earlier and didnt want to tie it back again so used the ghds with some serum and my hair looks sleek and much better. However I dont want to ruin my hair so worry about that yet want my hair to look ok.

Yes I did but still worry about damage in the long term, my hair is very delicate.

All heat will damage your hair- you can't get away from that. Heat protection is about damage limitation. Its up to you to weigh up the pros against the cons. Its your hair at the end of the day and you have to make the choices.

Your options are at one end of the scale: no heat, no products
and at the other end of the scale: full heat, damage protection products.

Its then possible to mix and match to find out what best works for you. Your hair will be slightly different to everyone elses- we all have different hair to some respect, what we eat, our genetics, our environment, even how laid back or proactive we in using certain products regularly all affect that. This is why its important you make the choice as its your hair, your lifestyle, your purse.
