Re TV, Yes we'll have to get back into the Premership to appear a little more frequently.
The Sunday morning ITV show offers about 5 seconds per goal unless you are the "featured" match in which case I think you get 5 minutes. I think we've been the "featured" match 3 times in 5 seasons !

DO you HAVE to buy the packets with the 3 for £5 flash on the corner OR doesn't it matter ?

You need to buy the unflashed packets but make sure the SEL shows £1 (though this may work with the flashed packets if the SEL still says £1. If you buy the flashed packets expect to pay £5.

My original figures may be out by a few pence as i didnt have the receipt handy:p
