£2000 in Debt
3 Seperate bills (1 cash) all of which are about to start court procedings.
Terrible Credit history
No Idea where to start before it gets out of hand
Dont mind paying interest if I can pay it over time.
ANY ideas???

Ok technically you may well be defaulted anyway, sure someone will be able to confirm.
Depending on how you get on with those creditors it may be worth trying to work out a repayment programme with them, explaing your situation. They may well request an income/expenditure sheet to see why you can not pay more than you propose. As long as you are down the line with them, then if it does go to court if you can only pay X amount there is not much else they can do.
At the end of the day, its more often than not a bully tactic but they crave contact and as long as they keep in contact and receive money of a suitbale amount most will be satisfied.0 -
Hi and welcome!
First of all check out the post for new posters at the top of the board, it will explain how to do and SOA (statement of affairs). You'll basically list all your income and all your outgoings per month, plus your debts APR balances and limits. Believe me once you've posted people will be able to find loads of ways to help. Also if you can explin more about the situation regarding threatened court proceedings, I'm not to hot on this, but the more info you can add the quicker someone who does know more will be able to advise.
Good luck, don't worry you've come to the right place,
