DJ/Band for wedding, any recommendations?

So most of the wedding is organised bar the huge "no evening entertainment booked" issue. The wedding will be in Northamptonshire in October, anyone got suggestions or recommendations for likely DJ's/bands? I guess we're willing to pay about £400-500 for a DJ, probably twice that for a band.

have a look on www.gig-guide.co.uk for bands - but make sure that you see them live before you book them. At the very least, you want to hear their demo cd!Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Depending on where you are in Northamptonshire (I'm getting married at Dodmoor House which is near Daventry) you could try
https://www.coachhouseentertainment.co.uk
or
https://www.backonmonday.co.uk
Both have range of bands/DJs for a range of prices...:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0 -
Have a look at https://www.themokats.co.uk - they are based in Leicestershire and their fee is from £550 but they are great They will also learn and perform 4 songs just for you that they will incorporate into their set.0
