Hi can someone remind me of the act or law regarding being allowed to request that dc companies only contact me in writing rather than phoning 400 times per day...Thanks

    Just remind them of the OFT regulations concerning harrassment.

    I asked MBNA to do this but apparently they're a phone only bank yet I am supposed to have ignored several letters from them! LOL
