can anyone suggest lender that will lend a BTL up to 75 years of age or even beyond?

message me mate. to long a reply on here. basically it goes on affordabilty. can you afford payments in retirement. if rent is greater than what lender expects it to be its not a probem depending on where you go.
example of one lender ...
100k mortgage x 5.89% divided by 12 x 125% (20%deposit) or 130% (15% deposit) - expected rent.
if expected rent is this or more then doesnt matter age.
