Bridesmaid dresses

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has already been discussed...I did try to search through the threads!
I have 3 BMs (ranging from size 8 to 18) and a flower girl.
Can anyone recommend a good place to look at bridesmaid dresses? I've looked at the high street, and i'm a little sceptical that one of the guests may end up wearing the BM dress! Also, searched through a lot of websites that seem to ship dresses from China - how reliable are these websites? Has anyone ordered from them and what was the quality like? With girls that are different dress sizes, it might make it difficult ordering online.
Argh, this is more of a nightmare than when I was looking for my wedding dress!
Any help is gratefully received! x

I got mine from america via ebay, custom made so simular to ones from china. Im well happy with them and the girls love them. They are abit small on the sizing side but there is plenty of seem allowance to let them out but my girls are seeing it as motivation to lose abit of weight. The fabric is lush and the detail is amazing. And at £33 each, including postage, its was worth the risk of ebaying it. hth:kisses2: Getting Married 5th November 2011 :kisses2:0

I went with Debenhams for mine (sizes 6 and 12), but made sure they were full length and had lace up backs, so definitely bridesmaids dresses, rather than normal party dresses, with the regular discounts they're doing I think I got both for ~£250 with a handbag and a wrap.
Haven't tried any online places, but OHs maid of honour was supposed to be ordering from one, although I don't think she's received it yet, so I can't comment on their quality, reliability etc.MFW #66 - £4800 target0 -
I trawled the wedding shops and chose a design we all liked and what suited them all. Then i managed to find 2 from ebay for half price and i just found a 3rd on Tuesday that arrived today all for £240! Instead of nearly £525 full price.
If you choose a popular design and colour you can be lucky.
Mine were Alfred Angelo 7027 but the 6493 is also a very popular design. What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
I got my two bridesmaid dresses from eBay - Alfred Angelo ones for :money:£69 (Retail price is £150 each!!)
And my two flower girl dresses in the BHS sale last weekend for £15 each (down from £65)
Total Spend £99 - Total savings £331 :T

Don't even think about going to Coral's Bridal, I ordered mother of the bride dress and bolero jacket, took 7 weeks to arrive (as was expected) allegedly made to measure, dress was miles out and the bolero wouldn't fit my 8 year old granddaughter. They offered a refund on return which I duly did now they say that the bolero didn't arrive which was in the same package so wont refund and ebay wont help because it out of the 45 day protection has elapsed, which would you believe had already elapsed before I received the garment.
Good luck for your wedding0 -
I'm looking for bridesmaids dresses as well. Seen some that I like at Berketex Brides but there are no prices, has anyone bought from here or knows roughly how much the bridesmaids dresses cost?
ThanksI :heart2: saving money0 -

I got these, a copy of a Morilee 602. Quality is fantastic and the seller is in the UK. The seller will do custom colours if you don't like the royal blue. Definately to be recommended, especially as I have 6 bridesmaids to clothe!
