survey pay out problem

i complete surveys now and again for a small reward...i completed a week long product trial at home in feb 2010, including 2 surveys at start and finish....

the site shows the surveys in my dashboard along with all others...they are described as pending....the website says pending surveys take 4-6 weeks to deliver the rewards...this is obviously way over the time frame now, as we are mid-june...all other surveys have been completed and rewarded...

the site and company is still running...i have emailed the support team several times and not received a single reply...i am irritated....what should i do, given there is no contact info about them apart from this email address used...:mad:

company is surveyhead btw....

surveyhead are the worst company for not replying to emails

as long as the survey reward is showing as pending then all you can do is wait n see

ok thanks i didn't know that about them...

i guess in that case you're right, at least it does say pending...all it would have taken was a reply from them to let me know, 4 months on...
