    disney music usuallt does it for me, if im a bit down in the dumps, that always lifts me up and gives me a smile. its tough to say whats going to help as we dont know your style? is it classical, pop, c&w or just general feel good stuff? there was an album a few years aga ago called the feel good album try look that up?
    ps we all have a purpose in life, but some of us dont find out what it is until we need too xx hope your ok!

    Some good uplifting songs under the search summer. :)

    I find actually creating a playlists changes my mood and i end up listening to songs i've not heard for years.
