Who are Eversheds/Fairfax trying to kid?

I have both Eversheds themselves & Fairfax Solicitors telling me they are nothing to do with each other anymore.
Yet on the back of the Fairfax threatogram today, it has standing order details with "Eversheds LLP" next to it.

£1 per month would be too generous for these clowns - they seem to be a total law unto themselves.
