Possible 2nd Interview

Hello
I went to an interview today and thought it went quite well. They are seeing loads of people today and will let me know by Monday. If I’m successful I would be one of a small number invited to a second interview with someone different to today. I've never had a '2nd' interview either just one and get the job/don’t get the job. Any clues what to expect? Its intermediate admin.
Thanks

Whenever I've had a 2nd interview it's been more of a formality - ie looking around the company, meeting the other staff/directors and then just going over the interview questions again to see whether they did really want me to work there
. Good luck. 0 -
I've had 2nd interviews and mostly it's been pretty much the same as the first, you just know there's less competition.
I had one annoying one where I did a 100 mile round trip for the 1st interview, then 100 mile round trip for the 2nd interview - then got called for what was described as a 3rd interview, so I drove 100 miles round trip and sat there ... and sat there .... then one of the Directors saw me to say "He called you in to offer you the job, but he's not here" and then they offered me 10% under the low pay the job had first been advertised at. I stupidly said "OK", knowing that I couldn't really afford to drive there/back every day on 10% less.... and ended up being made redundant a year later anyway (due to 9/11).
I do hate 2nd interviews .....0 -
