Re Mortgage Which Account for 3 homes

Hi I'm looking for some advice, we currently have a RBS one account with 2 homes in it and wanted to add in another we own but we've missed a deadline and they have changed lending policy.
Basically we have a lot of equity in the house we want to add in and really want to add three homes into a one account similar to the RBS we have. I know Woolwich do one but they would want valuations done on the 3 homes, this may be what we have to do. All I'm looking for is all our debt in one pot and our equity to be available to use if needed.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
