ASDA Online - a couple of questions?

What is their policy on substitutions? i.e. if I ordered a 24 pack of beer, and it was out of stock would they send me a 4 pack of the same brand, or would they send me a 24 pack of a similar brand?
Do they deliver the same day as you order? There are loads of free delivery slots for tomorrow, in fact a couple of minutes ago they were all free. But if I order tomorrow morning will the delivery slots for tomorrow still be there, or will those options disappear?

you can't order same day... I think you can go till about 2am before ordering, but once the day begins proper, the drivers have their schedules...0 -

Sorry but I forgot one question
If the pack of beer was on offer, at £12 instead of £16 and they had to substitute it for a pack that was not on offer would they charge me £16 or £12?0 -
Asda are very good and price match substitutions. So even if they give you £16 beer they only charge £12 because that's what you should have paid if they had what you wanted. Also if they send you a substitute you don't want - say a brand of beer you don't like - you just send it back and get a refund!:TValuable life advice: never play chicken with a lion...the lion will ALWAYS win!:eek:0
