I need your advice please, i am currently arranging a DMP with LLoyds TSB, in total i have 2 current accounts and 2 credit cards. I have had notification from CCCS that LLoyds have refused the offer on the smallest current account. They have accepted all the others, i have written to Lloyds 3 time, explaining i cant offer anymore money, i have had no reponse from any of my letters, shall i call them, as it is driving me crazy, as i am just continually getting demand letters

Hi there
My experience of Lloyds, they were very difficult but they did back down in the end, however this was I think though because we complained to the FOS on a fast track position, and then lloyds send us payment booklets for monthly token payments, although to be reviewed every 6 months.
But with them ignoring your requests, maybe an email to their Chief executive officer (CEO) may help.

Just about to start mine today WHOHOO, but Lloyds are my main bank (or are today).
I am going to wait until the dust has settled then take them to task, as their mortgage adviser, who called me in to offer a reortgage had the application declined, for no apparent reason, but then passed my details onto a non lloyds TSB company who offered me a secured loan at a high interest rate. Now, in my opinion, he did not act in either MY or his employer's best interests, and presumably on a kick-back for any succesful referalls.
Advice on how and when to play it ?0 -
I cant understand why on this one account, both current accounts are over the O/D limit, but the other account which is a lot higher than this one has been accepted on a DMP via the CCCS, but i still am continually getting letters, and i have replied to all of them via recorded delivery stating i cant increase any offer. :mad:0

Just keep plugging away or complain to fos ? Really if you can only afford what you can afford it's tough. Maybe they Are trying to presssure you I would just keep replying with the letter explaining you can not afford more than a set amount and that's that.. Do you pay the amount you can afford now? It's good that you send by recorded delivery :-/ I have no other advice i'm hoping someone else will be along xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. I think you would be better off starting a separate thread for this as it could get 'lost' on this one.0
