Satellite Aftercare are stealing my money

hi i'm having the same problem as u they miss sold me care when i had it with some one else i thought i was the same company when i found out they wasn't + already had taking money from my account i cancelled my dd + phoned them up to tell them that was bk in april since then they have phoned my up twice trying to sell me it again + i told them 2 stop phoning me 2day i went 2 the bank 2 find they had set up a dd again + taking £13 i spoke with my bank + because it went out 2day they recalled it bk 2 my account + cancelled the dd again they num i got of the bank doesn't work

Ah so I am not the only one they are picking on!! Well it is the hands of Trading Standards now - and a criminal case is being put against them. I can't believe they are even allowed to keep our bank details on file after all this time - surely they should have to remove that kind of information. Luckily for you though your bank were able to recall the amount - my bank are behaving like a bunch of cowboys. Never mind though I am going after them too for not honouring the direct debit guarantee. Cant believe all this fuss or £13 - unfortunately for them though, I am on maternity leave and have plenty of time to take this all the way!!

Report your bank to the financial Ombudsman & report the other lot to the OFT and trading standards.
Is it possible for you to set up a basic account elsewhere and start using that perhaps????

Can't help with the Sky thing...but please ditch Gregory Pennington and Think Banking. There is no need to pay for these services. CCCS, CAB and Payplan all offer the same service for free, therefore, ALL your money will be going to clear your debts making you debt free sooner and not lining the pockets of these sharks.

And £12pm for banking...there are free basic ones out there. Barclays, NatWest, Co-op who won't charge a fee.

Certainly ditch Thinkbanking - I've just checked the website...£12.50pm (gone up since i last looked) which could be going to clearing your debts, and a £25.00 set up fee...yikes! And they are supposed to help people in debt...? I think not.

All the more reason for changing your bank account.

hi hun i phoned my bank bk up + they have blocked this company from setting a dd up again put i can't get a hold of the company as havn't got a num 4 them u should change ur bk if they won't help u i'm with barclays
