Paying Danish Auto Tax on Company Car

Options
Hi,
I'm a consultant (on contract), working in Denmark for a small UK company and my contract is for an indefinite period.
My employer has offered to buy me a company car as part of my package and asked me to source a car I would like.
Here's my dilemma:

Cars in Denmark are very expensive (nearly twice the price due to the taxes the Danish Government imposes. So, my budget won't get me much.
The problem is, if a private (Danish) individual buys a car from abroad and takes it into Denmark, they have to pay the same taxes.

1) If my company purchases a car for me from somewhere (eg. Germany) will I, or my company still be required to pay the extortionate Danish auto tax?

2) The actual cost of Cars (not including the tax elements) in Denmark is amongst the lowest.
Could my company purchase a Car from Denmark, register it and pay the relevant taxes in the UK (or somewhere else) then give it to me to use without being eligable to pay the Danish auto tax?

3) Would it make any difference if my employer were to lease a car for me instead?

Thanks.
