a few more questions

as some may know im having a hell of a time with the incompetent Falkirk office

Have been going through my paperwork and it's thrown up a few questions:

1) Im subject to transitional phasing after a seperate new case was opened in October 2006 this automatically went onto CS2, in august 2008 my case that involved phasing had a re-assessment and i was awarded 1/7th for shared care. Should they take 1/7th off the actual phasing amount or the amount I will end up paying at the end of the 5 year period??

2) I also found my ICE recommendation's letter where the CSA advised them what my arrears balance was in Octover 2006, this figure seems accurate to me, but ive had other letters with differing amounts, Can I force the CSA to acknowledge that the amount they informed ICE of is correct?

Thanks in advance folks, im slowly getting there with them and after contatcing Parliamentry ombudsman they advised me I have to get my MP to raise this complaint, this is why i want this info above so I can complete a dossier to submit

Dunno the answers Mark (sorry!!) but just wanted to say that I hope you are FINALLY going to get somewhere...

You have been shafted big time (she says, mildly!!) and yet you keep your cool and I have never once read you moan about having to pay for your kids - even though you never know one month to the next how much they are taking off you:eek:

Keep us posted and good luck x:beer:

thanks for the support loopygirl, no point moaning about things, better to get on with things and slowly chip away at the CSA and their incompetence, surely my MP should take note and realise they have messed up on my case, considering ive had 2 payments for maladministration already, yet they still can't get it right

can anyone answer if your on phasing and shared care is applied does it take 1/7th off the current phased payment or do you wait until phasing finished and you start paying normal maintenance?
