We are in the process of selling our house to clear all debts and I would love further advice on our new SON, so I don't miss anything. Hi there

Ive had a look and TBH I cant really see anything thats really shocking ( apart from the rent- I take it this was the cheapest that would take the dogs?)

that council tax is pretty high, check whether this is over 10 or 12 months, as if its over 10 theres a spare 300 in your budget when the year comes round ( i think thats march April but do check)

Do check your contents & life covers there might be cheaper?

I make your surplus on these figures 579.85 per month.but you havent included presetns or any car costs eg mots, or parking etc.I guess you could have 450 to save every month plus bonuses and overtime?

How bad is your credit rating- if its repaired enough is there any mileage in stoozing??
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

What about child minding if you both work? Or do you work alternate shifts?
