in Cutting tax
Hi there. My daughter has found a job that currently is 45 hours a week until the 3rd year term starts in september, then the hours will be reduced. We understand the tax for this job, but she has now been offered a 2nd job that is 6/7 hours employment at random times throughout the next few weeks. what is the tax rate that she will pay on this 2nd job. are the two added together and then anything above £6475 is payable at 20% or is it done another way.
please help if poss.
A concerned mother:)
