Has anyone received their holiday details yet? I am still waiting to hear. I've tried phoning but the line is constantly engaged. They cashed the cheque ages ago. This is the first time I've applied for this offer, so I'm not sure fo the procedure.

I received mine about a fortnight after the inital booking. A word of caution though, on my confirmation I noticed that I'd been charged a service fee per night but in the paper on the date I booked for it stated that there would not be a service charge. I rang them and it was removed but its worth making sure all the details are as they should be when you get the confirmation x0
