Thanks Sammie. It's just a shame that we all couldn't win because from the looks of things everyone put in a lot of effort - I really enjoyed reading about how everyone else was getting on. we had a fab time too and I lost some weight which I am really pleased with so I guess in some ways we are all winners! I loved reading how everyone was getting on to, it gave me loads of ideas lol. xx

We had a lot of fun taking part in lots of physical activities and stuff and have all ended up feeling a lot better for it. It's amazing what a bit of exercise and healthy eating can do for you Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small
