What about somewhere like Private Eye?
Magazines in general are probably a good option.

Try the womens magazine like chat. take a break, real people, they usually pay between £25 and £50
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

What is it of? I work for a press agency and if we can use it we would pay you for it. Can you give more detail?

    Go to your local library.
Find a copy of "Artists & Writers Year Book" - the latest edition they have. - I think it will be in the reference books section.

In it you will find all publishers, magazines and agencies, with a list of the materials they are interested in and the details of who and how to make contact.
