    They email everyone with the list of winners, if your name is on that list you contact them.

    because I am from NI and signed up ages ago, I never got picked for any tests so emailed them to ask why. They replied straight away advising that it would be too expensive for them to deliver / post / courier products to NI and that they were sorry for any inconvenience caused.
