Got the email this morning but hadn't read it until this afternoon, can't wait to try this out

Mine arrived last Thursday and it is great. Takes getting used to a cylinder after using an upright for years.
Got email with attachment to click on for tips on writing a review I saved it but for some reason it won't open at all. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Plllllease!
