I can't remember when a payment was last made but it wasn't over 6 years ago. This is one of the reasons i have requested information as i don't even know if the debt exists without checking but they won't provide any information apart from a total amount.0

welcome finance keep saying they will send me the old credit agreements but never do and have defaulted the debt in 2006 how can i get them to provide them0

Still no CCA request or account statement but another letter from someone different "scotcall" so it looks like the other debt company have passed it back to the client and they have hired scotcall. This is the third company now chasing this debt which I believe doesn't exist as no info is being provided.
What do I do now?0 -
Why don't you do what i did and get a Debt Relief Order?
It will wipe off upto £15,000 of your debts!
