Can't say that I blame you Gill. You were injured in their store and they did not care, or even follow proceedure. Maybe it'll give them a wake up call and make them do things by the book in future - or at least pretend they care when someone gets hurt!So your answer don’t be scared of failure

Took me Carling to Morris to return - they refused to give me a "refund" saying that my batch (valid till August) was not affected by the recall - it was for Sept, Oct batch.

Sorry to hear about your DH, both me and my DH got made redundant 2 years ago, I've just found a job and I start on Monday I didn't think I'd find anything as good or as well paid as my last job but this one is so much better, I'm over the moon.:jAKA: PC
