Can't say that I blame you Gill. You were injured in their store and they did not care, or even follow proceedure. Maybe it'll give them a wake up call and make them do things by the book in future - or at least pretend they care when someone gets hurt!

Yes, thats what I heard too. Gill, suggest you not posting anymore outcome of your incident on here. We also have coupon net spy on this thread.

Took me Carling to Morris to return - they refused to give me a "refund" saying that my batch (valid till August) was not affected by the recall - it was for Sept, Oct batch.

Check your batch number : http://www.homedraught.com/recall

Blue is furious with lying Sainsbury's Customer Service:mad: I was in a store on Mon night and had acquired a £1.50 till split coupon off the home draught so thought would see how much it was, but couldn't find it. When I asked where it was I was told they had been told to clear the shelves of it but hadn't been given a reason why. Because I had still got 2 unopened and one half empty Carling I decided to see why they had been recalled. I rang Sainsbury's CS and was told that there was nothing wrong with them, it was just that they wasn't selling them anymore. I knew this was a lie and said they would have just flogged em all off cheap rather than empty the shelves, but he just said there was nothing wrong with them. Obviously this was a blatant lie. Anyway, have checked my batch no's and none of mine are any of the recalled ones.
I wonder if I rang Tesco and not Sainsbury's cos that is more like their cs:(
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
