please dont be bitter. it's not to late to jump aboard the silver bandwagon. i suggest you message MrEnglish, hell give you some great advice so you can fill yer boots too. all his followers are in clover like me

Mate, i have shares in silver and gold metal companies. Around 5 percent of my portfolio, like anyone sensible. With silver prices so low, I'd need a bloody castle to store the rubbish.

Your alterego has a line in this signature suggesting it will soon only need 500 ounces of silver to buy a house.

$9500 for a house? A straw hut in Lesotho perhaps.

    Busted!

If these gold and silver bulls are so bullish, why do they feel the need to create multiple accounts in some vainglorious attempt to whip up more gullible MSErs into a frenzy to buy the stuff?

Because they did not realise that when you physically hold it you can only sell it back to traders at it's ex VAT value.
some desperatly need 17.5% increase just to break even if they need to dump it quick.

So what have you made in the last 22 days, from asking how to invest to now?

I am not mad enough to speculate on silver at the moment it goes up and down far to much for my liking.

I just keep good financial house keeping rather than speculating my wealth and child's future wealth on where a few rampers are telling me to put my money.

I've just checked my accounts and see I have around £5500 in Blackrock Gold and General. Based on a silver price of $19 or £12 an ounce, that means I would need to store around 460 ounces or nearly 29 lbs of the stuff. Yeah, like that's gonna happen.

500 ounces to buy a house!! With the stuff so cheap and plentiful, it would probably be more economical and as cheap to actually build a house out of silver bullion.

Why so much anger about gold and silver?

Yes those of us who got in early have done well, but this bull run has a long way to go.

If you feel so strongly dont post on a gold/silver thread.

If you feel you have missed out on all the gains we have had all I can say is buy some silver quick, its not too late.

Oh and silver is more rare than gold. There is more gold available to buy than silver in the world. Im talking about the real physical bullion not paper promises.

The day will come when you can buy a house for 500 oz of silver.

This thread is comical. It's cringe-worthy how much some gold/silver bugs dont truly understand precious metals, markets and economies. they get all hyped up by reading posts by the uber-nutters on PM ramping forums and blogs.

    Yep.

The weirdos love to tell us why PM's can only rise ( the devaluation of currency ) and then rejoice in the money they have made, measured only in the subsequently devalued currency.

It's a zero sum game, and one day they might just work that out :T
