I got a WEM on Sunday at 10pm which was for a Q&A and screening and it asked for me to confirm my address asap but didn't specify any kind of time limit.

Been really busy at work over the last 2 days due to the budget today so I have responded tonight, only to receive an email to say I am too late as they had to send the details this morning - why on earth didn't they tell me that?!

They said I will still get a goody bag, but feel slightly cheated!

    well done and hard luck, did you check the original t&c's it should have said in that if there was a specified time limit.

    Yeah, no mention at all! Would have been nice if they had said 'before X' rather than asap....

    That doesn't seem fair if they did not specify a time limit. I would send them an email to protest! xxx

    I would get in touch with them and say that you were not told there was a time limit....and that you have been busy at work etc., tell them you think it's unfair....see what happens. Fingers crossed.
