No Reply to S.A.R and i really need the info...

I have recently made a S.A.R to a finance company and i really need some of the information and documents which would come with the S.A.R but the company have not replied and it has been over 2 weeks since the deadline for compliance.

What do i do now?

Do i report them to the information commisioner?

is there a non compliance letter i should send first?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, thats exactly what i need, i'm more than ready to take these guys to court, thats partly the reason for them not complying, i'm basically asking for them to provide me with the rope i need to hang them and i think they know it.
