Interview with OR

So my interview with the OR is on Monday. I know that he will ask about where my debts come from, but how much detail is he expecting. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure. I did an awful lot of card switching to get 0% balance transfers and I borrowed money to pay off other debts and it's all a bit complicated.
How much detail in general do OR's expect from you? How much of a grilling is it?

Given the explanation above, probably not a lot.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hello wolfers, It's nothing to worry about. its just for the OR to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your SOA So your familiar with what you said. If you have not sent off your bank/credit statements have them to hand. The OR will just go through the SOA with you.
Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Also have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask.
Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes

Thanks. Funnily enough, since actually going bankrupt and the court thing, I've felt really very calm and at ease with the world. I'm worried about the OR interview, but I figure I'll just tell the truth. I was stupid and naive, but I don't think I've done anything wrong. Other than spending money I didn't have. But I always believed that I'd be able to pay it back. Indeed, last year I paid nearly £10,000 in debt repayments, but high interest meant that this didn't make much of a dent. In the last twelve months all I did, pretty much, was pay them off. I didn't spend money on anything naughty.0

this is the thing i found. I spend all my wages paying off the debt (mostly interest) that i had to use the cards to buy food and live, its a vicious circle0
