The important bit relating to deposits is section 2.6 - the rest can be ignored (though I'll have the pleasure of reading through it for work!)0 -
We're getting married in January and all of our suppliers which are eligible for VAT have agreed to invoice us before Jan 4th so we can pay in full at the lower VAT rate before it goes up

we had a letter the other day off our venue stating they will increase the VAT from 15.5% to 20% and will be effective from 4th Jan 2011. They will be producing a 2011/2012 wedding brochure which will be inclusive of the VAT change and when its been printed we will recieve a copy and will have it as an option in addition the current wedding brochure to select from......
