Which mortgage providers allow you to use a 'gift' as deposit?

Hi everyone
Just a quick question really, what mortgage providers allow you to use a 'gift' as the deposit for a house purchase? I know RBS and Nationwide are 2 examples..
Back story: Buying a house from my dad, property value £100,000 and outstanding mortgage of £70,000. I want to take out a mortgage, using the remaining equity as a 'gift' from my father (eliminating the need to pay a deposit out of my pocket).

Hi,
I remember seeing a post with a lot of answers about this subject last week. I can't remember the title of it but if you search through I'm sure you could find somewhere, it really did have a lot of similar points to yours...
Not much help I know!
