Hi im looking for advice.
i've got a mortgage of approximatley £130000, with 25 years remaining, my inerest rate is 2%. im not sure if making monthly overpayments will be better than making lump sums every year in terms of intrest charged. what ever i overpay it will be around the same i.e £5000 per year or £5000 / 12 months.
any help?
