Do you have any other financial commitments other than the mortgage i.e. credit cards/personal loans/ HP ?

Do you have any penalties to leave Britannia - if so what are they?

You would need a scheme that allowed for total repayment then, with no penalties for early repayment.

There may be a few lenders that could be flexible enough to get close to these figures, however I would suggest having a word with a whole of market mortgage adviser to see whether it is indeed workable for you
