Surely this is in anticipation of them building more houses and making more money, wouldn't this enhance the supply and put a downward pressure on houses? It was only the other day somebody was posting that Tory policies were stopping new developments due to putting NIMBYs in charge etc. I'm confused.0

TW lost about 38% of their value from April 2010 to June 2010. Since then it's bounced about 9%. I think the "crashaholics" would be pretty pleased with that as a leading indicator.
