Invitation for surprise party

Hi all,

I was looking for some advice on making invitations for a surprise 50th birthday party. I was thinking of having its a surprise on the front with a champagne bottle and glasses underneath it. On the left we have a lemon ribbon and silver bow.

My problem is i cannot find any way to create the 'it's a surprise' and havent been able to find any suitable champagne bottles. I will be making approx 40 invites.

Would really appreciate any feedback with thoughts and opinions on the best way to achieve this.

Many Thanks
Paul

  • We organised a surprise party last year, the invitations that I create were very plain and simple on the outside - I had written:

Ssssh, it's a secret (think secret service brown envelope style)

Then inside put all of the details.

Not sure if this helps but thought I'd share my experience.
