Bank offer me mortgage around 150,000 . My salary is around 29000 per year.I apply over the phone.They send a letter to my home address.
Now ,if I take any personal loan 15000 , Is it affects my final mortgage offer.

yes it will. it is on affordability. You are being offered over 5 x your salary already. To be sure ring them and ask but the offer is based on your financial situation now..and not when £15k has been taken out in the form of a loan but i would call them to ask the question0
