    you could do awhite sauce made with cream and water or stock use ether roux or cornflour or gratted raw potatoe

    That recipe site actually has an english version which you can use, just click the tab at the top right of the page et c'est tout en Anglais:)

    oakdale_minx thanks for posting about the dauphinoise potatoes...I was a bit stuck for what to make with some pork chops tonight and you gave me the inspiration I needed. :beer:
