in Cutting tax
Dear All,
I have overpaid through PAYE. To which tax office should I address my letter ?
My p60 reads "HM Revenue and Customs Office Name LOTHIANS"
However I live in Cumbria and the HMRC website uses my postcode and returns the address of a Cumbrian Tax Office.
Thanks folks

You should write to Lothians, thats assuming you are still working with that same employer.0
